Jumbo Fish Farm contributes significantly to local employment creation by generating opportunities across various stages of the aquaculture value chain including hatchery operations, fish farming, feed supply, transportation, processing, marketing, hospitality, and technical services. Priority is given to engaging youth and women, helping address unemployment and promoting inclusive economic participation within rural and peri-urban communities.
In addition to direct employment, we create indirect opportunities for suppliers, traders, artisans, transport providers, and service providers who benefit from the growth of aquaculture-related activities. The farm also promotes safe working conditions, skills development, and professional growth, enabling workers to build sustainable livelihoods and long-term career opportunities within the blue economy sector.
Enhanced Food Security
